During the session we will review DEIB relevance in current times with a lens of benefits an inclusive culture in a team environment can bring to the overall expereince for everyone involved. We will cover ways to identifying and preventing bias with sharing tips on adopting and promoting inclusion during team formations and beyond. We will suggest several best practices for applying equity as teams go through the creative process. We will also look into ways of avoiding common DEIB pitfalls.
