Creativity, the creative process, and Destination Imaginations pedagogy are excellent building blocks for use in any learning environment. Not only do these elements energize a project or lesson but these elements bring life-long skills for innovation and success in solving any challenge life presents. Join Director of Education, Johnny Wells, for some tips on motivating learners in the classroom by using Destination Imagination approaches. This session will introduce how to teach the work breakdown structure (WBS) to kids as a good technique to plan and control the scope of a project. As Shammy is a Project Manager she asks this question: How can we teach in a Project Based way if we do not teach the students to develop a proper project management structure?

Destination Imagination has great PM templates, now I want to add the WBS in a Kanban as part of a PM methodology.
