Destination Reimagination: STEM to STEAM to STREAM-PLP

Attendees can expect to learn about the STREAM-PLP, a group creative problem-solving workshop that uses writing, engineering, and theater activities for middle and high school students to set personal, academic, and vocational goals in a Personal Learning Plan (PLP). The PLP is based on the Special Education IEP, and developed and reimagined annually by the mainstream student. (Leigh asks that you immediately write down/record whatever popped into your head as you read the above description of the STREAM-PLP, and please consider sharing that during the conference presentation discussion.)

Project Management for Destination Imagination

This session will introduce how to teach the work breakdown structure (WBS) to kids as a good technique to plan and control the scope of a project. As Shammy is a Project Manager she asks this question: How can we teach in a Project Based way if we do not teach the students to develop a proper project management structure?

Destination Imagination has great PM templates, now I want to add the WBS in a Kanban as part of a PM methodology.
